I think what an_hero is trying to say is to take all of this in stride. Anonymous is not only a herd of cats, but is comprised mostly of trolls. It's best if you grow a thick skin within this group.

I think what an_hero is trying to say is to take all of this in stride. Anonymous is not only a herd of cats, but is comprised mostly of trolls. It's best if you grow a thick skin within this group.

You know I'm going to come from the real world for a moment. How do i describe this in one sentence?...: Those who exist under the philosophy of giving any kind of abuse, exist only because of those who exist under the philosophy of taking it.

I shouldn't have to "have a thick skin" just to become inclined to the latest anti-scientology actions taken by anon and others, only to have it poorly presented and trolled and flamed by incompetent mods who dont understand a damn thing about Scientology or lulz (also in real life faggots, called "humor"). I see at our protests many nice young girls who are definitely in their teens, who shouldn't have to put up with things like that either. Their websites are faux intellectual faux funny minefields full of things that would turn away most intelligent people from our cause. What i see a lot of you doing is bowing down to the dark parts of the chans, because you are cowards. It's not that i "dont get" the humor, its that i do get it and it reeks of being made by people who never leave the house.

Last bit is, many of you are elitist nerds and this is really the first time you have given a damn about anything. And as you have in the rest of life, you are caving to peer pressure and being bullied around by people whom you presume to be more clever than yourself. In fact the truth is that it's very clear that Enturb and now Scientology Exposed aren't in fact administrated in large part by people who actually participate in Chanology, but rather old anons who created these sites to harrass us. You shouldn't let the internet tell you what to do and how to act, and instead of explaining what i mean there, I'm just going to let you sit alone as you read this, all the while knowing exactly what the fuck i mean.

^These reasons are why i have chosen after this post to disengage (not that you care, and that's the problem isn't it) from the internet aspect of this movement, but not the physical one. You can pretend that i come from a "butthurt" or "moralfag" place, or you can realize that those words and the mentalities from which they originate are fucking useless and stupid. The bottom line is, you may think it weak or "faggotish" to want a nice and positive place (with plenty of lulz and perhaps even shocking material) to convene on this subject, or you can realize that what is so faggoty is the unwillingness of many in this community to own their own beings and humor style, instead of bowing down to weak internet culture, and random banhammers. I don't say this to you as an anonymous member, anonymous is a bunch of kids in masks, i say this to you as a human, remember that ol bit? Goodbye.

I would also like to mention to the people complaining about the "trolls" in Chanology:


The ones you are debating with are NOT the ones you are complaining about. They are giving you a fair assessment of Anonymous as a whole. Some people don't like the trolls, the dome, or this new pool, but it is part of what makes Anonymous different and unique. Yes, it is a dark side of it, but none the less, it's part of the roots.

I always suggest that people who are not from that kind of culture just not pay attention to it, lest there be another 'magoo/megaphonebitch' incident. And besides, the trolls in Chanology are smart enough to know not to do anything illegal (immoral is a different story.)

Just remember, we are in this to STOP Scientology! Our strength is in our numbers. Don't forget that! If people "drop out" of anonymous because they don't like how some people in Anon operate, that hurts everyone and helps the Church.

The roots of Anonymous are not moral, but they, at least, have never been as horrific as Scientology!

It's easy to be a bully when you are hiding behind your computer. Everyone, including Anons, deserve the respect you'd give anyone if you were in a face-to-face conversation. Besides, there are a lot of jerks on the internet. I think that being kind, considerate, and willing to listen to peoples' ideas would actually make Anonymous truly unique. Genuinely unique -- pun intended.

It was the mob/bully mentality that was the real cancer on Enturbulation.

This was a magical thing, folks. Now the magic's gone.

I should have quoted this part I guess.  You see this is the second or third time hat dilbert has come to this site and posted things about how Anonymous as we knew it is dead and how he doesn't want to be a part of it.  He imports drama that is completely unnecessary.  If you feel that the magic is dead, then you need to do what you can to make it happen.  There have always been people behind the curtains making the 'magic' happen... if you dont see any, then learn some tricks.

fwiw i 100% agree with the current assessment of SX and I think that the idea of a bunch of domers running our centralized hub to be a bad idea.  At the same time, dilbert knows darned well who he is dealing with and knows who he should ignore.  It's a big internet and youre bound to not like some of it.

However, the mob mentality that silences people who also have issues with the Domers -- people who are essentially "shuddered into silence" -- needs to be addressed. I don't really care what you think about me personally. I think this type of thing is wrong, and I will say so, ad nauseum. The real problem is when people like Daywatch, who aren't comfortable with the truth, with facing their own faults, or with changing their position when proven wrong, silence their critics. This is just like Scientology, the entity we are fighting. It is hypocrisy, and I need to call it out when I see it.

Regarding SX -- good, we're on the same page. And yes, I know who I'm dealing with. Took awhile, but I know.

So, am I free to give my opinion? Or what?

None of us are arguing your opinion, Dilbert. I totally agree with you that the domers are cruel. I think what most of us are just trying to explain is that, the domers/trolls/fags are from the culture that spawned chanology. That's just how it is.

There is a faction in Chanology that, while they don't want to do anything illegal, they also don't care if they are moral compared to Scientology.

"Anonymous is not your friend" is the motto, and that comes from the chans.

Enturbulation is coming back, Sci-Ex is a stop gap that can easily be ignored if need be. There's enough drama going on the other sites that it really doesn't need to be cultivated here.

Now, uh, post here more? Let's argue about raids at Gold or whether or not BlvdNights wears frilly panties. (I have it on good authority that he does.)
