We would like to combine all the LA area raids into one raid at Gold Base, Hemet, California.  By combining all the people from LA, Pasadena, Upland, Tustin, Temecula and even SanDiego and Vegas, we could have a huge turnout at Gold Base.   We are doing this for the videos, pictures and the press that this will generate. 

Gold is definitely RAIDABLE.  I've been there four times and there were no problems.  I hear that our Gold raids are having a huge effect within int management.

Oct 18th is the date of the Global protest.  It is also the part of the year when Gold is preparing for IAS 2008 and important scilons will be present.   In other words, they will be extra upset with our presence.

Several people in the past have suggested that raids be held on Sundays and also not everyone will be able to get to Gold, since it's 85 miles form LA.   For those that can't make it to Gold on Saturday,  they can raid in their respective cities on Sunday the 19th.  Then, everybody is happy !

Please use the thread on Scientology-Exposed for now to give us a show of hands.

Who the hell are you ?  You're the same Anon poster that trying to oppose that raid on Scientology-Exposed.  What's it to you ?

Ignore Gold if you want.  That's fine, you don't have to go.  Have your LA raid on Sunday instead of Saturday like many people have asked in the past.  Israel does their raid on Fridays instead of Saturday.  It's not a big deal.

The Gold raids are fun to watch on YouTube, but people have to make them happen.  I've been there four times, including a solo raid.  Most Tustin people will go to Gold.  That's around 10 people already.   Add LA/Pasadena/Upland/Temecula + San Diego and possibly Vegas and you can easily have 100 people at Gold.  Let's make this happen.

Sitting back and complaining will not help fight scientology.  If you want to sit at home on your keyboard with a creative name like "Anon", that's fine, but don't try to oppose the work others are doing.

Gold is a fine place to raid.  The Keith Henson injunction is invalid and the SanJacinto and Riverside cops are totally staying out of it now.  Smurf was there raiding a 7:00 AM on Sat 27, with no problems.   In the afternoon the CHP cops were there and there was not a mention of Keith Henson.

Gold is RAIDABLE and the best place to really piss off DM.

Expect resistance out of this idea, there are lots of core LAfags that severely dislike the idea of raids at Gold for various reasons. I understand that Gold raids are your baby, AnonOrange, so don't get too butthurt if there's not a lot of support for the idea outside of your regular group.

I do believe everyone in this thread needs to chill for a moment.. First off, it's obvious that when AnonOrange says "we" he means his group of regulars, so quit nitpicking on that.  Secondly, yes there will be resistance to this idea, but it's worth discussing as this is not a monarchy.  We'll address it at the meeting tonight on IRC, so everyone try to make it.

Raiding at gold is always interesting, as is the site itself. I know some people have told me they were scared to raid at gold. In fact the two women (aka the weaker sex) I raided with at gold last weekend were scared when we first went in. By the end of it they were just fascinated with the crazy speakers and such! There were no handlers. Everyone was in hiding.  I've been to gold twice and I can tell you it's not scary. In addition Chuck Beatty, ex-sci, saw my video of the last gold raid and sent me this:

You have no idea how this will impact them.
 
It might be a while, but guaranteed, that protest was the most focused most important ever!
 
I've sent the videos to media and scholars, urging press on this!
 
This is unprecedented focused protesting, and the white noise and the moments they stopped the white noise, your chanting "FREE HEBER JENZTSCH" right when they stopped, then them starting the white noise again, was absolute proof.
 
privately, I think I told you that Heber is well known to the allies, and believe me, focusing on Heber's plight, the cover story told the allies of Scientology is that Heber is on sabatical.
 
Your focusing on Heber, believe me, that will PAY OFF!   
 
It is setting them up to deal with some major issues they have NOT been able to deal with.

I hope worldwide the FREE HEBER signs show up, and similar chanting FREE HEBER because IT WILL make them respond.

And those future defectors will see this video, and go "Holy Shit" and they will give us the details of what went on in the heads of the staff inside the Gold Base when you guys came.
 
All those staff heard that damn white noise, and they wonder WHY.
 
When staff defect and see this video in the future, they will KNOW why that noise was being played!
 
It should trigger some future MORE exposure of the shit that goes on!
 
You made history, and that history is in the heads of those inside those fences, and when they defect in the months and years to come, they will tell us what went on in their heads about this day!!

The Keith Henson injunction is invalid and the SanJacinto and Riverside cops are totally staying out of it now. 

Is that why the ca hwy patrol was at the last raid?  I wondered about that. Esp. when the cop said his job was to prevent car accidents in this area.

The CHP were there because the protest had become a political & legal hot potato for the City of San Jacinto & their police department since we were prevented from protesting Gold 2 weeks ago. It would not have been an issue if it were not for the power of Anonymous worldwide and YouTube which Mayor Ayre, Police Chief Vest and the SJ City Council were quickly made aware of after the videos starring their officer Julian Pollitt hit YT.

I had several polite, but firm conversations with Mayor Ayres & Chief Vest were taken quite off guard with the incident playing on YouTube (remember the Rodney King beating by the LAPD officers and how one man's videotape of the incident changed everything??)  Mayor Ayres & Chief Vest were slammed with telephone calls from around the world, notably from the U.S. & the U.K.  Vest said he also got 2 calls from Germany.  This put them in a very bad place. In 2004, the San Jacinto Police Dept was disbanded by the City Council when it was rocked with a scandal involving department corruption.  The city then contracted with the Riverside County Sheriffs' Department to oversee police operations in the city. All SJ police officers had to be re-certified & hired by Riverside County and several SJ cops were not re-hired by the department.  Chief Vest was also aware via the video & Officer Pollitt's report that I had conversed with my attorney Graham Berry during the incident and he was listening while AnonOrange, myself and Touchstone were questioning the officer's actions.  I advised Chief Vest that I was fully prepared to file a lawsuit against the City of San Jacinto & the police if this matter was not handled immediately, and Chief Vest did so by guaranteeing me that I would not be arrested if I went to Gold. I did so on the following Saturday, spoke with a CO at the SJPD & everything was fine.

Because I was not "formally served" with the injunction at the direction of the Riverside County judge presiding in the Henson case in 2002, labelling me as "acting in concert with Mr. Henson," then Officer Pollitt' had no legal basis to prevent us from picketing, but according to Chief Vest, was simply put into the position of handling the matter based on the information he was given. The "co-oberating evidence" Officer Pollitt referred to came from Gold Security & Muriel Defresne (who waved a copy of AGP's TRO at San Jacinto cops during the September 6 raid.

I believe SJPD wanted to take some of the heat out of the matter by letting CHP monitor the protestors on Saturday.
