LA's part in the global theme
Enturb is down so the discussion kind of petered out... Last thing seen was a debate between two primary choices, both focused around halloween.

The first is Nightmare on LRH way - http://www.nightmareonlrhway.com/ - The overall gist is that we all buy donald trump masks (which look eerily like LRH) and get a neckerchief and hat and TADA we become their prophet.  This is both highly amusing and rather offensive to Scilons.  Knee-jerk reaction is that it is cruel as it mocks them, however bear in mind the truth of what this man reall was.  He's highly deserving of such treatment.

Second idea is ZOMBIES!  The idea is that everyone dresses up as someone dead and carries a sign such as "Hi, I'm Lisa McPherson, ask me why I'm dead".  Lulzy as well, but means more facefagging (pending clever ideas).  Lacking a bit of info on this one due to enturb being down, so feel free to add more into the comments and the OP will be updated.

Well.. Nightmare on LRH way seems to be a more complete idea than zombies.. plus I don't really like the idea of doing makeup instead of a mask.  Oh, and we have LRH way right here and all...

As someone who has acted and done tech work I know that it is possible to change your face with things easily bought at party city. I will be a zombie with a mask and some makeup. Upland will be zombies no matter what the rest of you choose as the theme. The majority of us going have choosen this.

Can we do "The Zombies are Due on LRH Way"?

Sort of a "The Monsters are Due on Maple Street", and "Nightmare on LRH Way", and "ZOMBIES!" meshed together in one perfectly enturbulating and nutritious caek.
