Re: December Global

Big Blue.
I think the vibe there is the best and the most fun.
I think the combination of Christmas crowds + protesters + handlers on Hollywood Blvd won't be fun.  Better to raid there.

I still vote for the vertical sign..more people to inform.  And more parents to warn about why scientology has a Santa there to temp their kids.
But if we have enough people...we can eventually split and do more than one place.

Thank Xenu for the Red Line

Re: December Global

Hi all...I finally found you all  Grin

My suggestion is with a few others: Either do the Complex and/or HGB.
I think as sick as their phony Winter Wonderland is, it's designed
for kids, and IF you watch it, people don't give a shit about Scientology's
hype---they're just there for a photo op with Santa.

My two cents, and is there a theme, or no?

My best Smiley

Re: December Global

Tory,
I got the impression from the last IRC chat meeting on Wednesday that Winter Wonderland is confirmed.  That won't prevent you from visiting the other sites of course.

Here is the most recent update
Quote
When: Sat Dec 13th
Where: Longsign Building on hollywood near highland
6724 Hollywood Blvd
Hollywood, CA
MAP

2pm - 6pm

Theme: Operation Snow White Christmas

But either way, Santa hats and such will be worn by most.  Anons have been there with no problems.  And it has more foot traffic than the other sites.  And as kids are given literature by Santa, that is a concern.

Re: December Global

Ok, thanks S. So let me ask you this....

Can I suggest bringing candy canes with www.whyweprotest.com
or www.xenu.net (For the truth Scientology Doesn't want you or your kids to know)
taped to them? Or something like that---a hand out that explains why you're protesting,
basically, and in the theme of Christmas.

Just a thought...thanks,

I think that's a great idea. what's the best way to do that - little tags, tied to the candy canes with ribbon?

Re: December Global

That sounds good....or you can buy tags at Staples that wrap around a
Candy cane, that you can write the web address on, or for more advanced
computer people, print it out Smiley

A suggestion is to hand them out to the parents, or people over 21---
that way you don't confuse the kids, who wouldn't get it, at all.

PS: Did you see the electric sign at the Lisa Memorial? It's truly fabulous,
and he can change the message, each time!  Grin

Re: December Global

I say it's time to get back to the Big Blue & show the residents on LRH Way we are behind them and not afraid of the cult that has terrorized them for years.

However, anons may raid other locations before and after the global location. The raids are much more fun when you catch the Scifags off-guard and they don't know you're coming.

Re: December Global

I like the Complex idea the best, myself....but it seems
others have other plans.

WEll, who says there can't be 1, 2, or 3 pickets/"raids" all at
once, here in LA?  Grin

Ha ha, OSA____didn't I tell you? "You can run, but you CANNOT HIDE".

Re: December Global

As silly as it sounds, handing out candy at a protest sounds like a really quick way for Scientology PR to pull a "ACK! IT'S POISONED CANDY!" bit if they got really desperate.  Just saying.

We were there February 10th.  We were there March 15th.  We were there April 12th. And we'll be there again...
