Hawaii and Boston followed suit, depending on Cali's evaluation. Thanks to teh internets, the whole story is chronicled here:

In wherever the hell Calabasas is. Yeah, Narconon "founder" Tony Bylsmas is going to talk about those darn teens and their whacky substance abuses.
I am sure there will be at least a few concerned parents who might inadvertently fall for the Narconon cash up front, Scientologist out the back recruiting scam.
