Best way to organize/plan one is go into IRC.

Server: irc.anonnet.org
channel: #socal

Some people have been asking for some flash raids lately!

Remember, it really only takes one or two anons to close down any clam activity anywhere.

It's 100% effective 100% of the time.

I know it only takes one or two people to set one up, but I'm just looking for some people who might need an extra someone to help them out.

just do this, when some one says FLASH RAID!! ask  them where is it going to be at and at what time, then just show up, simple right?  Grin

The problem is that everyone keeps looking to others to organize things.  Pick a time and a place and then start fishing around to see if anyone is interested.  If you are waiting for someone to do it for you, be prepared for a long wait.
