Car fagged?
They will copy down license plate numbers if they can. It is legal for licensed PIs in California to look that up and get the car owner's info.
So, you do NOT want your car to be seen. Park away and walk or take a bus. And never walk directly back to your car...watch if anyone is following.
They don't do it as much any more....but better safe than sorry.
